1.1. Ownership: The Website is owned and operated by Hundred Brothers Social Club Tattoo Studio, located in Bali, Indonesia.

2.1. Scope: The Website provides information about the services offered by Hundred Brothers Social Club Tattoo Studio, including tattoo services such as consultation, design, and tattooing.

2.2. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to receive a tattoo service from Hundred Brothers Social Club.

2.3. Service Availability: The availability of services may vary based on time and other factors.

2.4. Appointments: Appointments can be made in-person at the studio or online via WhatsApp or Instagram.

2.5. Deposits: A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit goes towards preparation and drawing your tattoo design. Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total price of the tattoo.

2.6.  Reschedules and Cancellations: You may reschedule your appointment once with at least 2 weeks' notice. Deposits are forfeited if you cancel your appointment, if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, or if you fail to provide the required notice for rescheduling.

2.7. Pricing and Payment: Our minimum charge starts at IDR 800K. We charge per piece, not by the hour. Final prices vary based on design complexity, size, and placement.

By booking an appointment, you agree to our Liability Release Form.

5.1. Content Ownership: All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Hundred Brothers Social Club and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright laws.
